The Career Discovery Program helps young people explore their interests, strengths, and future goals while exposing them to real career pathways. Through mentorship, hands on activities, guest speakers, workplace exposure, and guided reflection, participants gain a better understanding of different industries and the steps needed to pursue them. The program is designed to build confidence, broaden perspective, and help youth make more informed decisions about their future.
